Data for Tuning of quantum dots in micropillar cavities for hybrid photonic interfaces
收藏资源简介:
Raw data supporting the analysis performed in the research paper: "Tuning of quantum dots in micropillar cavities for hybrid photonic interfaces" Data containing the spectra of two semiconductor QDs in micropillar cavities going through three different tuning processes: Thermal tuning: Sample is heated via the temperature controllers of the cryostat from 5 K to 30 K and the microphotoluminescence (PL) spectra of the dots is recorded at each step. In situ laser processing (ILP): The micropillars containing each QD are illuminated with a high-power processing laser a 532 nm. At each step the power is increased reaching up to 9W/cm^2. The PL spectra is recorded at each step. Nitrogen deposition: nitrogen is inserted with a fixed volume and pressure in the cryostat chamber and after a thermalization time the PL spectra is recorded. At each step the same volume of nitrogen is inserted. All the tuning processes create a red shift of the emission wavelength of the QDs.
