Connectivity and systemic resilience of the Great Barrier Reef - new format for networks

The zip file contains connectivity networks used in the Hock et al. (2017) PLOS Biology manuscript to obtain Figures 2-5 and S1-S4. The networks are the same as those from 10.5281/zenodo.1017925 but now provided in the new format that will be easier to read for some users, that is, encoded as edge lists with associated link weights, with networks corresponding to respective release dates and PLDs (see mansucript for details and description). There are two files offering two different formats: a zip with a Matlab table with all networks in one file, and a zip with CSVs of each individual network. You will need a decent amount of RAM to open the Matlab file.
