This dataset supports the manuscript “Integrated Transcriptomic and Metabolomic Analysis Reveals How Interspecific Grafting Enhances Gray Mold Resistance while Preserving Fruit Quality in Blueberry”. The study compared own-rooted ‘Duke’ blueberry plants, ‘Duke’/‘Duke’ self-grafts, and ‘Duke’/Vaccinium arboreum heterografts, using the independent source plant as the experimental unit (108 eligible plants; 36 plants per graft state). Fruit were assigned to intact, wound-mock, and live Botrytis cinerea challenge conditions.
