Clonostachys rosea strain:BBS-CTR 10 whole genome sequencing and assembly

Clonostachys species have been shown to have huge potential as biocontrol agents against a wide range of phytopathogens including Fusarium species. Albeit a slow grower, Clonostachys rosea have shown great potential in inhibiting different Fusarium species mycelium growth and spore development in vitro. Clonostachys rosea strain BBS-CTR 10 were isolated from symptomatic wheat roots in Bloubergstrand, Western Cape, South Africa.
