资源简介:
Queensland fruit fly, Bactroceratryoni(Froggatt) (Diptera, Tephritidae) is the most devastating insect pest impacting Australia's $9 billion horticultural industries. The objective of this study was to investigate whether supplementation of RK in the diet of sterile male B. tryonihas any effect on the function of genes involved in olfaction and response of the flies to cuelure, particularly after feeding RK. This will give insight in to the olfaction transcriptomics of B. tryoni, and help inform pest management programs incorporating SIT.
