Global environmental suitability of Citrus sinensis
收藏资源简介:
This repository provides the environmental datasets and final models used in the study “Global environmental suitability of Citrus sinensis under CMIP6 climate scenarios”. All files enable full reproducibility of the MaxEnt analyses. The climate.zip file contains the 19 bioclimatic variables from WorldClim (v2.1/v2.13) and all future climate projections used in the study. Projections were obtained from five CMIP6 global climate models (ACCESS-CM2, BCC-CSM2-MR, CanESM5, MIROC6, MRI-ESM2-0) across four time periods (2021–2040, 2041–2060, 2061–2080, 2081–2100) and four SSP scenarios (SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, SSP5-8.5). All layers were harmonised to 2.5 arc-minutes (~5 km) and combined into a multi-model ensemble. The soil.zip file includes edaphic variables from SoilGrids v2.0 for the 15–30 cm depth interval (texture, organic carbon, pH, CEC, bulk density, available water capacity), resampled to match the climatic resolution. The topographic.zip file contains elevation (WorldClim) and slope derived in a GIS environment, used as complementary topographic predictors. The models.zip file provides all final MaxEnt outputs (current and future), including response curves, jackknife results, and continuous and reclassified suitability maps. All input data were sourced from WorldClim, CMIP6, SoilGrids, GBIF, and CropGrids, forming a consistent global environmental dataset for modelling the present and future suitability of Citrus sinensis.
