Dataset and Supplemental Figures for the study "Clinical and ultrasonographic findings in dogs with biliary sludge or gallbladder mucocele receiving a supplement containing Alpinia zerumbet: a retrospective case series"

This dataset supports the prospective observational study titled <i>"</i>Clinical and ultrasonographic findings in dogs with biliary sludge or gallbladder mucocele receiving a supplement containing Alpinia zerumbet: a retrospective case series<i>". </i>It includes clinical and ultrasonographic data from 15 dogs diagnosed with biliary sludge or gallbladder mucocele who received an <i>Alpinia zerumbet</i>-containing supplement orally for at least 3 months. The dataset comprises patient demographics, treatment durations, serial gallbladder content scores, and response outcomes. These data were used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nonsurgical management using a herbal supplement.The dataset may be useful for researchers studying canine hepatobiliary diseases, herbal therapeutics, or nonsurgical interventions in veterinary medicine. All identifying information has been removed to protect patient privacy.
