A Multimodal Slit-Lamp and AS-OCT Anterior-Segment Dataset: Controlled-Access Imaging Data

Controlled-Access Imaging Data This record contains the controlled-access imaging component of a multimodal anterior-segment ophthalmic dataset comprising paired slit-lamp photography, anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT), and eye-level clinical/biometric metadata. The controlled imaging component includes 15,582 slit-lamp photographs and 9,092 AS-OCT images. The open-access tabular data, data dictionary, and documentation are available separately at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21006557 Imaging files are restricted because ophthalmic images may retain residual re-identification risk. To request access to the controlled imaging data, users must review and agree to the Data Use Agreement (DUA) terms and complete the access request form: Request Access Form Access requests are reviewed by the Data Access Committee: Alireza Hayati, Fereshteh Tayebi, and Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei. Access will be granted only for valid research use, to qualified researchers or academic/clinical research institutions, and subject to the terms outlined in the DUA. Approved users will receive instructions for accessing the restricted imaging files. Users of this dataset should cite both the open tabular Zenodo record and this controlled imaging Zenodo record.
