Bacillus subtilis WS9MLHS RNA-sequencing

Differential expression information of a high-yielding engineered strain Bacillus subtilis WS9MLHS and the control strain WS9D. Both strains contains the expression plasmid of Pyrococcus furiosus hyperthermophilic amylase and an integrated expression form of the Pgrac100-dCas9-omega expression cassette. Compared with WS9D, WS9MLHS down-regulated the transcription of murR, lplC, and hrcA, and up-regulated the transcription of Pfa by sgRNA, and the integration sites of sgRNA were lacA and mpr, respectively. Low stands for the IPTG-induced concentration of 0 mM, and High stands for the IPTG-induced concentration of 0.05 mM.
