Sex-specific head and gonad expression of F1 DGRP crosses

Sex-specific head and gonad replicated expression data of within-line and reciprocal between-line F1 crosses among three pairs of inbred lines from the Drosophila Genetic Reference Panel. This dataset has been used to study cis- and trans-regulatory variation, inheritance patterns as parent-of-origin and maternal genotype effects in sex- and tissue-specific gene expression.
