Intestine FFA level of WT and MG53-TG mice after DSS treatment

We extracted MG53-TG mice and their littermate WT mice to construct a colitis model. The mice were given 2.5% DSS in drinking water for 7 days, followed by a switch back to normal drinking water. We collected intestinal tissue samples from the mice at three time points (Day 0, Day 7, and Day 10) and performed metabolomic testing for FFAs.
