The Indiana Department of Transportation TrafficWise cameras on Interstate 69 were used to create a nine camera view of the event. This winter event had a significant effect on Interstate mobility and is highlighted in the 2013&ndash;2014 Indiana Mobility Report.&nbsp;</p>
