Raw Dataset for the Calluna vulgaris Experimental Colitis Study

This dataset contains the raw experimental data used in the study titled “Short-term administration of Calluna vulgaris seed attenuates colonic injury in an experimental model of ulcerative colitis”. It includes animal body weights, disease activity index (DAI) scores, macroscopic colon evaluation, histopathological scores (continuous and categorical), and colon cytokine levels (IL-6, TNF-α and IL-10). The raw tables are structured as Raw Table S1–S6, and each dataset is clearly linked to the corresponding figure in the main manuscript (Fig. 1–5). All data are original and collected in controlled experimental conditions using an acetic acid-induced colitis model in rats. The dataset is useful for reproducibility, meta-analysis, or secondary data use in inflammation, herbal therapy, and gastrointestinal disease research.
