RNA sequencing of CRHR1-Overexpressing GBM Cells

This project focuses on how CRHR1 influences gene expression patterns in GBM cells.To investigate the mRNA profiling in U87 and U251 cells with or without CRHR1 overexpression, we performed RNA-seq with the total RNA extracted from the GBM cells. By comparing the genetic profiles of CRHR1-overexpressing cells with control cells, we hope to uncover potential molecular mechanisms driving tumor growth and resistance to treatment.
