A synaptic molecular dependency network in knockdown of autism- and schizophrenia-associated genes revealed by multiplexed imaging by Falkovich et al.

The attached dataset consists of measurements of individual (per-synapse) fluorescence intensity integrals of 11 proteins in ~1 million synapses, across 250 wells and 19 treatment groups. The dataset was obtained by combining automatic CellProfiler quantification of images from four experiments (each protein in each experiment normalized by mean intensity of that protein in untreated wells), with rigid manually set threshold levels.
