constellatoR: Semantic similarity matrices for all GO terms

All GO terms were downloaded from http://geneontology.org/docs/download-ontology/ (2023-01-01). These terms were processed using the getSemSim function from the constellatoR package which calculates the semantic similarity matrices for all GO terms from a given ontology using the mgoSim function from the GOSemSim package. We provide the RData object for all three ontologies (CC, MF and BP).
