Dissection of transcriptome dysregulation and immune characterization in women with germline BRCA1 Mutation at single-cell resolution

Fresh tissue of tubal fimbriated end from 3 BRCA1 carriers (BRCA1_1, 1_2, and 1_3) and 3 non-BRCA1 carriers (Normal_1, _2, and_3) were profiled by 10X genomics single cell RNA sequencing technology. These six samples also profiled by single cell TCR sequencing.

本数据集包含来自3名BRCA1基因携带者（BRCA1_1、1_2及1_3）及3名非BRCA1基因携带者（Normal_1、_2及_3）的输卵管伞端新鲜组织样本，通过10X基因测序公司的单细胞RNA测序技术进行了基因表达谱分析。此外，这六份样本亦进行了单细胞T细胞受体测序。
