Anonymized dataset on microbial contamination of water stored in firefighting vehicle tanks

This anonymised analytical dataset contains microbiological results and operational and technical characteristics for 42 water samples collected from firefighting vehicle tanks in the Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic, in 2023. The workbook contains two worksheets: Data and Data dictionary. The data dictionary describes the variables, units, missing values and upper-range analytical coding. Sampling dates are included. Samples collected on the same date were transported together to the laboratory in a single delivery. The original laboratory results and the anonymised vehicle-to-FPU linkage are available from the author upon reasonable request. This revised version corrects two data entries, applies the documented upper-range analytical coding and adds sampling dates.
