Mate-pair and pair-end sequences used to assemble Auanema freiburgensis (APS7) genome

This study contains genomic sequences from mixed stages and mixed sexes Auanema freiburgensis (APS7 strain) populations. Sequences were used to polish and fill the gaps in the assembled genome from long-read sequences generated using pacbio.
