Theses data were analyzed for the dissertation research of Rachel Sippy during her PhD in Epidemiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The data include all diagnoses of dengue or dengue-similar clinical cases from two hospitals in rural Ecuador over a seven-year time period. Dr. Sippy's research examined the relationships between dengue diagnoses, seasonality, and climate. The results of this research are available at: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/452318v1
