Pooled sequencing of experimentally evolved Mimulus guttatus populations (Bee, No-Bee)

We evolved replicate Mimulus guttatus populations in greenhouses with or without pollinating bees for 9 generations. Populations without bees (A1, A2) evolved an increased ability to produce selfed seed while those with bees (B1, B2) more closely resembled their ancestors. Individuals in each population were pooled and then sequenced.
