The aim of this project was to sequence genomes from 34 clinical isolates obtained in the period of a two weeks from a university hospital in Brazil. We used this dataset to understand the presence of Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGs) in the samples and identify horizontal transfer of those genes through plasmids and mobile elements.
