Transcriptomic data of Enterocytozoon Hepatopenaei infected juvenile and adult shrimps

In August 2022, EHP infection was detected in samples from a farm in Dafeng district, Yancheng city, Jiangsu province, China, using EHP PCR. The initial diseased shrimp samples from the pond had a size of 3.9 _ 0.2cm, while healthy shrimp under the same conditions had a size of 4.6 _ 0.2cm. The shrimp sampled at this time had undergone a 30-day culture period. And thirty days later, samples were taken again from the same batch of diseased and healthy shrimp. The diseased shrimp size was 8.1 _ 0.2cm, and healthy shrimp size was 11.3 _ 0.2cm. The hepatopancreas of three shrimp were collected as one transcriptome sample, and each group had three replicate transcriptome samples. All samples were stored in liquid nitrogen until RNA extraction.
