AC026) was purchased from ABclonal. Anti-PPARα antibody (catalog no. 66826-1-Ig) was purchased from Proteintech. The following antibodies were purchased from EpiZyme: anti-APOA1 (catalog no. M012551), anti-APOA4 (catalog no. M011934), and anti-GAPDH (catalog no. LF211S). Secondary antibodies, including goat anti-mouse IgG (catalog no. LF101) and goat anti-rabbit IgG (catalog no. LF102), were also purchased from EpiZyme.
