The traditional K-pop "blockbuster" model involves high upfront risks and rigid structures. This study investigates how Lean Startup and Agile principles mitigate these constraints, utilizing the case of ModHaus Inc. and its modular group, tripleS. Analyzing rare internal financial data benchmarked against nine comparable agencies, the research demonstrates that an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) strategy via rotating sub-units optimizes cost structures and accelerates break-even points. Furthermore, blockchain-based participatory governance serves as a mechanism to validate market demand before major investment, reducing intuition-based uncertainty. This research offers strategic insights into how data-driven iteration and decentralized governance can reengineer sustainable business models in the entertainment industry.
