We herein assessed morphological and semi-automatized quantification using QUPATH software of tumor budding in pancreatic carcinoma.In this studied, we demonstrated no statistically significant association between both methods.We also found a significant association of tumor budding in pancreatic carcinoma and overall survival.Our results suggest that tumor budding should be included in prognostic factors of pancreatic carcinomas.
