资源简介:

Supporting dataset for Figure 5: Classification and distribution of significantly differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) in sweet potato leaves under drought stress at different developmental stages. This dataset accompanies the article: **“Unveiling Stage-Specific Flavonoid Dynamics Underlying Drought Tolerance in Sweet Potato (*Ipomoea batatas* L.) via Integrative Transcriptomic and Metabolomic Analyses”** Figure 5 presents the biochemical class distribution of DAMs across three pairwise treatment comparisons:- (a) CK vs. DS1 (drought during branching and tuber formation stage)- (b) CK vs. DS2 (drought during storage root expansion stage)- (c) DS1 vs. DS2 (developmental stage-specific stress comparison) DAMs were categorized by Class I metabolite types (e.g., flavonoids, amino acids, lipids), and visualized as donut charts showing their relative abundance and count within each comparison group. This classification highlights how drought stress influences metabolic composition at different growth stages. ### This dataset includes:- Filtered DAM tables from each pairwise comparison- R script to generate three donut charts and assemble them into one figure- Output figure (`Donut_Chart_metabolomics_plot.pdf`)- Supplementary documentation (`README.md`) and license (`LICENSE`) This dataset ensures full reproducibility of Figure 5 and supports open reuse in metabolomics research related to drought response in sweet potato.
