Sleeping beauty (SB) transposon system is powerful tool to identify candidate cancer genes in several type of cancer. We established the mouse model which develop uterine leiomyosarcoma (LMS) by insertional mutagenesis of SB transposon. From this model, several candidate cancer genes were idetified. Furthermore, trunk driver analysis revealed that Zfp217 and Sfmbt2 were strong candidates which might be functinoed as oncogene in LMS. To comprehensibely understand the mechanism of sarcomagenesis in LMS, RNA seq was performed in ZNF217 and SFMBT2 knockdown LMS cell lnes.
