ISGL Online and Offline Character Recognition Dataset

The Intelligent System Group Lab (ISGL) dataset is a dataset of independent Online and Offline handwritten English characters and words comprising of 64 writers, the offline subset of the dataset was acquired through writing on paper and scanning while the online subset was acquired on a digitized tablet integrated to a custom developed acquisition software, the number of stroke, pen up, pen down, pixel position(x,y), and time taken to write were also captured.
