Usability Evaluation of the Pharmacist-Integrated Sahabat DM Application for Type 2 Diabetes Management in Indonesian Primary Care Using SEQ and SUS Instruments

This dataset contains anonymized usability and demographic data collected from 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who participated in the evaluation of the pharmacist-integrated Sahabat DM digital health application in an Indonesian primary care setting. The dataset includes participant characteristics (age, gender, education, and occupation), task-level Single Ease Question (SEQ) scores for ten predefined tasks, individual System Usability Scale (SUS) scores, and age group comparisons of SEQ results. All data have been fully anonymized and no personally identifiable information is included. Participants are identified only by study codes (P1–P20). These data support the findings reported in the associated research article on the usability of the Sahabat DM application for type 2 diabetes management.
