To examine the Microfold thymic epithelial cell transcriptome within the mTEC-III compartment we sorted this population from young Spib KO mice and performed bulk RNAseq Overall design: mRNA profiles of mTEC-III from young (5 weeks old) Spib WT or Spib KO mice ,were generated by deep sequencing, using the MARSseq method.
