Comprehensively analysis of alternative splicing variations in Chinese colorectal cancer by using next-generation sequencing. Homo sapiens

To comprehensively investigate the alternative splicing variations of colorectal cancer in Chinese, we recruited patients who were the Han nationality and admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. We constructed the sequencing library using rRNA depleted method and performed RNA simultaneously performed sequencing of tumor and adjacent normal tissues from CRC patients.
