Polygenic scores for 47 inflammatory and vascular stress biomarkers, including associated GWAS summary statistics

This repository contains the polygenic scores (PGSs) scoring files for 47 inflammatory and vascular stress markers developed in the Danish Blood Donor Study (DBDS) cohort. The repository also includes the GWAS summary statistics for the same 47 inflammatory and vascular stress markers, and which the PGSs were developed from. Additionally the cis-only PGS scoring files are made available.
