Synthetic 2D Voronoi Tessellation Dataset with Five Grain-Size Parameter Groups

This dataset contains 500 synthetic two-dimensional Voronoi tessellation samples generated within a 100 × 100 computational domain. The samples are organized into five nominal grain-size parameter groups: 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30, with 100 stochastic realizations in each group. For each realization, grain-area values are provided in CSV format, with one grain-area value per line. AutoCAD SCR files contain LINE commands representing the Voronoi edges and the square domain boundary. DXF geometry files are provided for 479 realizations, and one DWG file is included for GrainSize20_Sample30. A MATLAB script and intermediate MAT files used in the generation and post-processing workflow are also included. File names follow the pattern: GrainSize{parameter}_Sample{index}.{extension} where {parameter} is 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30, and {index} ranges from 1 to 100. The dataset is intended for research on stochastic geometry, computational microstructures, grain morphology, CAD-based modeling, numerical simulation, and data-driven analysis. The coordinate domain is 100 × 100. Grain-size parameters and coordinate values should be interpreted as dimensionless unless physical units are specified in the associated publication.
