mRNA seq of LEL+ and LEL- hemocytes

Characteristics of kuruma shrimp hemocytes population have not yet been well characterized. We aimed to characterize different sub-populations, LEL+/-, of hemocytes of kuruma shrimp. We isolated three population (total, LEL+ and LEL-) of hemocytes by MACs and characterized them by staining and flow cytometry analysis. The cells separated were further characterized by comprehensive transcriptomic analysis using MiSeq.
