The study of heat transfer on micro-patterned metallic surfaces under a novel Peltier heating control has become a topic of great interest for a better understanding of research conducted at a micrometric level. In this regard, supplementary material has been added to validate the data shown during the experiment. The temperature values (K) obtained for the different surfaces are demonstrated using a Temp Scan/1100 Iotech data acquisition card at a frequency of 1 Hz, controlled with ChartView 1.02 software. The procedure for measuring bubble diameter and calculating its standard deviation, as well as the bubble detachment frequency for the different cases, are also described.
