Planar Shear_Experiments_Data_NDV

This dataset was generated in the study titled "Evaluation of Shear Properties of Cross-Laminated Timber with Plywood as Core Layer Considering Different Wood Species and Pressing Methods." The dataset includes experimental results obtained from evaluating the mechanical properties and failure behavior of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels using plywood as a core layer. The data was collected from the following tests: Bending test: Evaluation of the modulus of elasticity (MOE) and modulus of rupture (MOR) of different core samples. Planar shear test: Evaluation of the rolling shear strength and effective stiffness of the CLT samples. Block shear test: Evaluation of the shear strength of the wood samples. Physical analysis: Measurement of the moisture content and density of different wood species and plywood. The data consists of CSV files containing raw measurement values for maximum load, deformation, density, moisture content, and other parameters for each tested sample. This data can be used to reproduce the charts and tables in the published article, as well as for additional analyses related to the mechanical properties of hybrid wood materials.
