DeisoLAB: Application and MALDI-MSI datasets (Part 1/2) This repository contains the DeisoLAB application together with the datasets required to reproduce the workflow presented in the associated publication. The repository includes: DeisoLAB application – the MATLAB implementation of the proposed method. Example dataset – a prepared dataset included with the application package, allowing users to execute the software and reproduce the complete analysis workflow. Raw MALDI-MSI datasets (HNC-FFPE) – four raw MALDI-MSI datasets acquired from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. Preprocessed MALDI-MSI datasets (HNC-FF) – the available fresh-frozen (FF) datasets after the preprocessing stage described in the publication.
