Survey data for \"Mass development of aquatic plants: effects of contrasting management scenarios on a suite of ecosystem services\"

This dataset contains data from extensive questionnaires carried out for the MadMacs project and covers perception of mass development of macrophytes and the willingness to pay for their removal. The dataset includes responses from questionnaires spanning five sites with different macrophyte species in four countries (Norway, France, Germany and South Africa). An example of the questionnaire is available in the supplementary material of the corresponding open access article by Thiemer et al. (2023).
