A Traffic API returning historical traffic flow data from the Glasgow SCOOT Traffic Network. Returns the traffic movement information within Glasgow according to some time range. You can either specify a start and end date/time according to the UTC format outlined below OR you can set an integer value for duration which will return records back that number of days. You can optionally specify a site if you are interested in a specific location. You will need to page beyond 50 records.
