Data Sheet for R Analysis

This is the spreadsheet that we used for our R analysis, including the compiled data. The sheet "Diet" shows all data collected prior to the immune challenge. The sheet "DietIC" shows all data collected following the immune challenge. The sheet "Survivorship" shows the proportion of individuals in each treatment group that were alive on each day of the experiment, including before and after the immune challenge.
