Defaunation and habitat disturbance interact synergistically to alter seedling recruitment

Data from Granados et al (in press) Ecological Applications study: "Defaunation and habitat disturbance interact synergistically to alter seedling recruitment".
These data were collected in 2014 in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. Included are seed fate data for five dipterocarp species in four different exclosure treatments (exclude all terrestrial mammals, exclude small granivore-herbivores, exclude elephants only, and control). Seed fates included: removal, eaten and dead, eaten but alive, germinated, moved, or established as seedling.
