Arabidopsis thaliana Nd-1 Illumina short reads

This selection of Illumina short reads was derived from the sequencing of Arabidopsis thaliana Nd-1 [https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0164321](https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0164321). These reads form the basis for the assembly of a 3Mbp contig and were used in the Applied Genome Research course as previously described [https://doi.org/10.1515/jib-2019-0005](https://doi.org/10.1515/jib-2019-0005).
