The interaction between antibiotics and irrigation methods changed soil nitrogen and soil microbial ecology in paddy fields

Antibiotics are an important class of pollutants that can have a significant impact on nitrogen cycling and soil microorganisms when they enter the soil. However, the effects of long-term antibiotic introduction on soil nitrogen occurrence and microbial community in paddy fields are still unclear.Therefore, this project used pot experiment to explore the effects of antibiotics and irrigation on soil nitrogen and microorganisms, and obtained microbial sequencing data.
