A total of 12 high-quality RNA samples(6beforeinoculation[0h] and 6afterinoculation)wereprepared from the leaves of WT and CmWRKY15-1-RNAilines of 'C029' forRNA-seq.First,samples were obtained from uninoculated WT and CmWRKY15-1-RNAi lines of 'C029'(0h).Three samples were collected perstrain for a total of six samples(labeled W0 and R0).WT and CmWRKY15-1-RNAi lines were then sampled at 24h,48h,and 72h after P.horiana inoculation.Thevsamples at specific time points were combined to form six inoculated samples,labeled WJ and RJ.
