VPRS 12007 Submissions

This series consists of submissions received by the Commission of Inquiry into the Nillumbik Shire Council. The majority were sent by individuals on their own initiative. The remainder were sought by the Commissioner, Mr David Abraham.These submissions represent one of the four main sources of evidence received by the Commission, the other three being transcripts of public hearings, copies of documents received from the Council and interviews conducted by the Commission in .Some of these submissions were subsequently tabled during public hearings held as part of the inquiry (refer to VPRS 12008).
