According to a survey in February 2023, 34 percent of respondents in Thailand were classified as balance-seekers, indicating that they value work-life balance and look for a stable organization with a good working environment. In addition, 24 percent of respondents were go-getters, who looked for new challenges and greater responsibility to be recognized for the potential, and growth in the organization.
