chicken interferon gamma as a growth factor transcriptome sequencin

chicken interferons were expressed by baculovirus expression vector system,we used the interferon alpha and gamma treat both CEF and broiler chicken, after analyzing the chicken experimental result, we found that interferons might be used as a growth factor. By utilizing transcriptome technology sequencing the CEF treatment group and chicken liver and fat tissues, we are trying to analysis and explaining the molecular background for our animal experiments results.
