20161114-CyTOF analysis of Skeletal Muscle in Pax7 knock-out pups and controls

Investigate the distribution of stem and progenitor cell populations identified in skeletal muscle in Pax7 knock out neonates and controls. Conclusion: The relative distribution of stem and progenitor cell populations is altered in Pax7 knock out neonates with a decrease in the fraction of stem cells and an increase in the fraction of progenitor cells.
