Allosteric Lever: Toward a Principle of Specific Allosteric Response

Dataset with all elastic-network structures for proteins and artificial networks ("pseudoprotein") used in the article DOI: https://doi.org/10.1103/wv2k-676p The respective files contain bead coordinates and additional data required for parameterizing an elastic network model (incl. cutoff values and the identity of source- and target-pocket beads, etc). The dataset contains instructions how to read and use the files, e.g a simple text editor suffices.
